Rules & Regulation for Renting Equipment
Thank you for choosing AdventureLK.com for your equipment rental needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please familiarize yourself with our Rules & Regulations
- Responsibility of the Renter: The person receiving the equipment is fully responsible for its safekeeping and proper usage  throughout the rental period.
- Damage Accountability: In the unfortunate event of any damage to the rented equipment, the renter is liable for the complete value of the damaged item. We encourage careful handling to avoid unnecessary charges.
- Rental Duration Charges: For camping gears, rental charges are applicable for a minimum of 48 hours. Please plan your adventure accordingly to maximize your rental value.
- Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment made to secure the equipment rental is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as this contributes to the reservation and preparation process.
- Timely Returns: All rented equipment, including tents, must be returned by the specified due date. A charge of Rs. 150.00 per hour will be applied for each item or tent returned beyond the agreed-upon time.
- Cleaning Policy: To maintain the quality of our equipment, we kindly request that all items and tents be returned in the same clean condition as received. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of Rs. 500.00 per item.
- Instruction Requirement: If you are unfamiliar with the proper usage of any rented equipment, please seek instructions from our knowledgeable team before use. Your safety is our priority.
- Waterproofing Disclaimer: While our tents are designed to provide protection in various conditions, we cannot guarantee 100% waterproofing. We advise users to take necessary precautions in adverse weather conditions.
- Natural Disaster and Accident Liability: Complete responsibility and costs for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, hurricanes, tsunami, floods, storms, collisions, or wind during the rental period will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your adventure gear needs! We understand the excitement of receiving your products promptly and in perfect condition. Here’s all you need to know about our delivery process:
- Delivery Time: Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we’re committed to dispatching your order promptly. Our standard processing time is within 4 working days or 6 calendar days. We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for your much-awaited adventure gear, and we’re dedicated to making the wait as brief as possible.
- Delivery Charges: The delivery charges are determined by your location. Specifically, for a Quechua 2-person tent, the delivery fee is LKR900.00 if your delivery address is within the Western Province. Please note that charges may vary for different regions, and the accurate delivery cost will be calculated and communicated to you during the checkout process.
Tip: Keep an eye out for any promotions or special offers that may include free or discounted delivery for certain products or locations.
- Tracking Your Order: Stay in the loop with the whereabouts of your adventure gear! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the journey of your package.
