General Guidelines
1. Items eligible for exchange or return must be in their original condition. unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
2. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of purchase or delivery.
3. Certain items, such as pre-orders and sale items, may be excluded from this policy (refer to Exclusions below).

• Eligibility: You can exchange eligible items for a similar product, size, or design of equal value.

• Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• Pre-Orders: Items purchased on a pre-order basis are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are imported or customized specifically for you.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “last chance” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
